51 a year 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Zoofari Parks LLC, a company which owns and operates zoos and animal parks, has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Manager to be based out of our Gulf Breeze Zoo (Gulf Breeze FL) facility.
This person will manage the day-to-day operations within the administrative department.
This position is a direct-report to the COO and Corporate Director of Park Operations.
Objectives & responsibilities of this role.
Oversee day-to-day corporate office administrative operations.
Creates and updates corporate documents Compiles Incident Reports and medical bills for the Accounting department Oversees corporate insurance requirements and obtains quotes including those for worker's compensation, general liability and health insurance renewals.
Manages company health insurance and COBRA policy Performs all necessary HR duties Oversees permit renewals, including compilation and calendar of renewal dates Ensures reports for different department meet deadlines.
With park staff, edits and updates SOPs and distributes to facilities as needed.
Other jobs as needed.
Required skills &
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred, with an emphasis in Administration.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in thorough manner.
Ability to work well with others in a close-knit office.
Flexibility to accommodate changes in duties.
Must adhere to company confidentiality policy.
Punctual, professional appearance, reliable transportation, and ability to reliably commute to offices located in Gulf Breeze FL.
This position is NOT eligible for remote work.
