This role is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests within our hotels activities or providing a retail experience.
Front Desk Manager:
- Direct operations at the front desk and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction.
- Plan and schedule team meetings monthly to make sure we are set up for success.
- Train and supervise front desk employees, ensuring they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies.
- Interact with customers both in person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaints.
- Handle the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed.
Front Desk Manager Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality or similar.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar.
Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Good leadership and training abilities.
