8K a year We are seeking a skilled and hard-working candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Technician! He/she maintains all interior and exterior building needs for entire property, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, new construction, remodeling, renovation, painting, and repairs.
Job Duties:
Assists, promotes, and carries out property maintenance.
Maintains all buildings, common areas, and patients living areas conscientiously.
Maintains all interior and exterior building needs for entire property, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, new construction, remodeling, renovation, painting, and repairs.
Replaces and repairs all maintenance items in order to ensure property zoning, building, fire, safety and health codes and specifications are in compliance.
Installs and maintains all appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
Communicates general maintenance observations and issues to Manager Participates in Performance Improvement, Maintenance Committee, and others as requested.
Maintains good public relations with treatment community and associates.
Maintains up-to-date training in electrical, plumbing, construction, carpentry and other areas mandated by organizational policies.
Qualifications:
High School/ Some college preferred.
At least one year of maintenance experience.
Abilities/Competencies:
Knowledge of principles and practices of the discipline.
