Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks as assigned - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Transcribe and type documents as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and employees Qualifications - Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant - Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
