Providing a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests Abiding by Hilton best practices and procedures Being proficient with Microsoft office and telephone etiquette High volume of tasks and being able to multi task Problem solving and finding resolution Being able to provide concierge assistance if asked Customer service mentality Positive Attitude is a must Standing for a 8 hour shift with a break.
