Essential Duties:
Oversee activities related to warranty claims to ensure accurate and timely completion.
Prepare schedules and maintain appropriate tech staffing levels to ensure start-ups and pool schools are completed in a timely manner.
Manages warranty claim process and ensures that all policies, processes and procedures are consistently implemented by all team members.
This includes, but is not limited to timely customer communication, subcontractor back charges, etc.
Provides support to direct reports in order to meet department objectives Review invoices and process charge-backs accordingly.
Process other reimbursements as needed Schedules startup and pool school in accordance with plaster completion o Assist warranty techs with job inquires Ensure completion of scheduled startups and pool schools and make changes as needed Maintain highest standard for customer service.
Assist in resolving customer service issues.
Work directly with customers, as needed, to resolve issues that cannot be resolved by Warranty Coordinators Responsible for providing regular department updates to Warranty Director and other senior management Perform other duties and projects as required/assigned

Bachelor's degree preferred.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required 3-5 years of management experience with additional supervisory experience with subcontractors and field technicians Proven leadership skills, creative and forward thinking with the ability to teach, develop and coach subordinates Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong time management and organizational skills Self-starting and directed, enthusiastic and positive work ethic and management style Microsoft Office; strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges Job Type:
